The reasons why we have chosen to represent in Europe the workshop with which we have been collaborating now for more than ten years are numerous:?their accurate wood selection; their unparalleled attention to manufacturing details and to varnishing processes; their capacity to deliver a precise range of instrument qualities - from beginner level to master - that allow retailers to target specific markets; their ongoing commitment to improving their expertise, to differentiate themselves from the majority of mass production.
The manufacturing and varnishing of all our instruments are carried out by hand, using traditional patterns and techniques.
Once in Italy, each instrument is inspected and carefully set-up by our luthier. In fact, we strive to ensure that every instrument, from the basic level upwards, is above all comfortable to use, has a powerful and balanced sound, as well as being aesthetically well cared for.
Our instruments may be delivered to customers unlabeled or with our own label “fenice”.
We also collaborate with clients to develop customized patterns and branding upon request.
Our daily contacts with the workshop and our frequent trips to China for quality inspections, together with our constant attention to providing our clients with accurate service, are part of our commitment to offer instruments with an unbeatable value for money.
